No, MyPass/FastPass is not a password store like 1Password, LastPass, CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea.
At its core MyPass/FastPass solves two main problems:
MyPass/FastPass builds solutions for SSPR and Identity Verification exclusively. Our goal is to build tools that provides customer efficiency, security and governance when it comes to password assistance processes.
Many other platforms provides SSPR features and do well as offering efficiency in the self-service processes, but few take an holistic approach when considering exception cases, helpdesk scenarios and the wide array of different business processes that could exists in a well design credential strategy.

All product offerings in our portfolio is built using FastPass Suite. Through our partnership we offer customers both on-premise deployment options through FastPass Suite reselling as well as multiple cloud delivery options through MyPass Africa Cloud and FastPassCorp UK Cloud.
To combat social engineering attacks, MyPass/FastPass SSPR has robust security protocols in place. When a user answers Challenge Response questions, we monitor the number of incorrect attempts. By default, a user's account is locked after suspicious activity is detected. This lock can be lifted either through intervention by the Service Desk or by the user completing a re-enrollment process. This measure significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access through social engineering tactics.
At the service desk of helpdesk, MyPass/FastPass IVM provides incoming and outgoing caller identity verification features to allow for trust to be built into the support process.
MyPass/FastPass offers advanced self-service password reset through our flexible process engine. Different groups of users can require difference levels of assurance and have unique user journeys within the product. This allows the platform to mold to your business process requirements, and not to it.
MyPass/FastPass offers versatile integration capabilities with various MFA providers, employing different technologies to ensure seamless and secure authentication. This include techniques like, email, text message, MFA providers like Microsoft, Okta, Duo, RSA and more.
For other types of scenarios we also offer different questions and answer challenges, email code cards, smart cards, TOPT, helpdesk PINs, Entra ID Temporary Access Tokens and much much more.
